Washington Metro Area Transportation Authority
The Washington Metro Area Transportation Authority, through Motorola Solutions, enlisted the work of Pittsfield Communications. PCS installed over 150 dispatch consoles and electronic equipment.

North Adams Dispatch
The City of North Adam's worked with PCS to overhaul their dispatch infrastructure as a part of the move from the old police station to the new, renovated space. This upgrade included the installation three dispatching positions featuring Avtec Scout Consoles and Watson Console Furniture.
